     Nepal Lipi Text Recognition System

  • OCR system to recognize complex words, including conjuncts and modifiers, in Nepal Lipi.

  • Use of CRNN CTC (Convolutional Recurrent Neural Network with Connectionist Temporal Classification) architecture for the text recognizer model.

  • Use of Deep Learning methods for the segmentation of texts into characters to recognize individually and to combine it into text.

     Abstractive Summary Generator

  • Generation of abstractive summaries after the entire document has been considered and understood, after which the core concepts are dissected to craft a summary to encapsulate the essence of original text.

  • Use of Transformer model along with Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, Matplotlib, Keras, andScikit-learn along withGoogle Colab, Kaggle, andAnvil.

  • Leveraged the concepts of attention mechanismfor infinite reference window, to understand the context and relationship between the words to generate summary.

  • Generation of sequences of data using Encoder andDecoder with additionalMasked Multi-Head Attention for accuracy and most appropriate summaries of the input text.
